Shipping policy

  • ORDER PROCESSING:
    Please allow 2 business days to process & ship your order.


  • STORE PICKUP - Craigieburn
    Orders can be picked up from Craigieburn.
    An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup
  • FLAT RATE SHIPPING
    Orders are generally shipped within two business days using Australia Post.

    Post's delivery standard is 2 - 8 days.
    Flat rate shipping fee of $14.00 applies to orders shipping
    to Australia. 
    We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

  • REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@auroracodesigns.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
